Insurance + Fees

At Pivot Assessment Services, we’re not part of any insurance networks, which means we’re considered “out-of-network” for all insurance plans.

This setup allows us to focus fully on what’s best for you and your child—without having to work around the limitations that insurance companies often place on care. It also helps us keep our caseloads smaller, so we can give each family the time, care, and attention they deserve.

After your appointment, we’ll provide you with a Superbill—a special receipt with all the details your insurance company needs if you’d like to file for out-of-network reimbursement. You can submit this directly to your insurance company or keep it for your records. Since every insurance plan is different, we recommend reaching out to your insurance provider if you have questions about what they cover for out-of-network mental health services.

We’re always happy to answer any questions you have about this process—just let us know how we can help.
